3-Day Juice Fast

Happy Belly Juice Fasts
Fasting, in any form, helps reset your body and brain. Juice Fasts provide a break for your digestive system. For three days, you’ll consume fresh juice only. Each day of juice contains specific blends of nutrients, drink each day in order for best experience and results. Drink 8 ounces of water every two hours in addition to drinking 4 ounces of juice every two hours.

Plan 1 Metabolism Boost: Feeling sluggish and overindulged? Hydrate and reset with our most popular veg/citrus/herb blend. Cucumber, pineapple, carrot, kale, cilantro, mint, lemon, lime, orange, apple, parsley, ginger, beet, grapefruit, spinach, celery. Each day is different and should be consumed in order.
Plan 2 Sugar Buster: Break the hold of your Sugar Monster. Get a serious infusion of nutrient rich veggies + greens with little fruit sugar. Kale, spinach, greens, cabbage, zucchini, lemon, lime, orange, bell pepper, parsley, mint, beet, celery, turmeric, ginger, apple, cucumber. Each day is different and should be consumed in order.

WHEN CAN I PICK-UP MY ORDER?

Pick-up days are Tuesday-Friday 9am or 345pm. CLOSED WEEKENDS
Juice Fast is three 64 ounce growler bottles of juice. Growlers are yours to keep; no need to return them.

HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
1. Pick Plan 1 or Plan 2.
2. Review Pre-Fast and Post-Fast Guidelines (listed below)
3. Choose Pick-Up Day/Time.
4. Choose Payment Method (Cash or Card).
5. Send an email to INFO@HAPPYBELLYTACOMA.COM with the answers to Steps 1-4 and your day time phone number. If you have questions, please email them. We’d love to provide info for you. We will call you when we receive your email. Be prepared to provide card info to confirm your order. If paying cash upon pick-up, your card will not be charged. Please note: This a purchase and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Your card will be charged if you fail to pick-up your Juice Fast.

PRE-FAST GUIDELINES 24 to 48 hours prior to the juice fast
Consume lightly cooked food, favoring a vegan diet. Choose vegetable broths, soups, and lightly steamed non-starchy vegetables (cauliflower, kale, leafy greens, broccoli, and asparagus). This prepares your digestive system to move away from solid fibrous foods to juices. Reduce or eliminate caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, sugar intake reduce effect of mild to severe flu-like detox symptoms. Drink filtered water with fresh lemon juice, raw coconut water, herbal teas, fresh unpasteurized juices. Avoid chewing gum as it stimulates the digestive process.

POST-JUICE FAST SUGGESTED DIET + EXERCISE
Congratulate yourself! This is a huge accomplishment. Now continuing caring for your body:
Avoid large amounts of heavily processed foods, dairy, meat, oil, salt, strong spices, fried foods. Slowly add solid foods, taking note of how they affect you. Drink 8 ounces of water every two hours. Engage in 15-30 minutes of brisk walking and/or other exercise daily. Consume two cups of raw leafy greens daily; green smoothies are a great way to get these into your body.
